Meet Dr. Dante
Dr. Dante Assad Williams, Psy.D.
I believe psychology should do more than explain us—it should help us live better.
I'm Dr. Dante Assad Williams, Psy.D., founder, educator, entrepreneur, and wellness innovator committed to making psychology relevant to the way we actually live, work, connect, and grow.
My professional journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity about people and the patterns that influence how we move through the world. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University, my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University, and my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. I also serve as an adjunct professor, where I have the opportunity to bring psychological concepts into the classroom and help cultivate the next generation of thinkers and practitioners.
My work is deeply informed by both professional training and lived experience. I've experienced difficult moments, learned from them, and come to understand how powerful it can be to transform adversity into insight. That perspective shapes how I work with people: with curiosity, authenticity, vulnerability, and a genuine interest in understanding the whole person.
I'm also the founder and creator of NeuroBaddies™, a platform and community created to expand the conversation around neurodivergence, identity, relationships, self-understanding, and personal growth.
Today, my work extends across psychology, education, wellness, community, and organizational experiences. Through individual and group offerings, courses, events, speaking engagements, and workplace wellness partnerships, I create spaces where people can pause, reflect, learn, connect, and move forward with greater intention.
I believe wellness isn't about becoming someone else. It's about understanding yourself deeply enough to become more fully who you are.
